Our Story
Rolen Bagels has elevated New York bagels in Riverdale since 1993. Founded in the Bronx and rooted in Kosher tradition, we honor time-tested techniques: hand-rolling, kettle-boiling and baking fresh daily…for the perfect chewy bagel with a crunch. Add one of our handmade schmears, salads, buh-ter or level up with our renown lox sandwiches.
